Granby, Quebec, Canada


🇨🇦 Granby is a town in south-western Quebec, located east of Montreal. Granby is the seat of La Haute-Yamaska Regional County Municipality. It is the second most populated city in Estrie after Sherbrooke. The town is named after John Manners, Marquess of Granby; today it is most famous for the Granby Zoo and its landmark fountain of Lac Boivin.

Granby has a population of over 66,222 people. Granby also forms the centre of the wider La Haute-Yamaska Municipality which has a population of over 88,306 people. It is also a part of the larger Estrie Region.
