🇧🇳 Bandar Seri Begawan (formerly known as Brunei Town; Arabic: بندر سري بكاوان‎) is the capital and largest city of Brunei. It is officially governed as a municipality. Bandar Seri Begawan forms part of the the Brunei-Muara District. The metro area is home to over half the population of the country. Economy The city produces furniture, textiles, handicrafts, and timber.
