🇷🇺 Slantsy (Сла́нцы "Oil shales") is a town and the administrative center of Slantsevsky District in Leningrad Oblast, Russia, located on the Plyussa River, 192 kilometers (119 mi) west of St. Petersburg.
Slantsy has a population of over 32,508 people. Slantsy also forms the centre of the wider Slantsevsky District which has a population of over 42,791 people.
